The data that you voluntarily provide us

By registering, signing up to our newsletter or by receiving property alerts  or by  completing a contact form or by modifying the data of your member account, Key Consultants CB collects personal information related to you that you have agreed to communicate.

Personal information mainly includes your email address and password, as well as information related to you and your property preferences, in particular the surnames, names, NIE numbers, telephone numbers, postal and electronic mail addresses, and expiration date, as well as any comments you may leave on the Site and its Applications after a stay.

When you provide us with information regarding your bank card, we suggest you register your data to facilitate future transactions that you can make on the Site or in the Applications. In case you agree, only the expiration date of your bank card and an identifier of the bank transaction are kept. This information may be used to make a subsequent payment through our secure payment platform.

You can also transmit your data through Facebook when you have expressly consented to associate your Key Consultants CB member account with your Facebook user account at the time of registering on the Site, through Facebook Connect.

When you browse the Site or through the Applications, Key Consultants CB collects data related to your browsing session. Thus, we collect your browsing history on the Site pages visited, searches performed, opening of a of Key Consultants CB newsletters.

The personal data collected related to you receive a computer processing with the following purposes:

We will never place you on a mailing list without  first obtaining your consent and you can delete your account data and registration information at any time by logging into your account and either changing your details and / or deleting your account.

Thanks to the analysis of your navigation data and the indications you have given us on the website, we can send you personalized email messages property alerts/ messages related to the services offered by Key Consultants CB

The only time we would share your data with third parties is if you were to become a client of Key Consultant for any of the services that we offer. The personal data that you communicate through our website or that are related to your member account, as well as your browsing data, are kept for a period of 5 years from your last activity performed on the Site.

At the end of this period, your member account will be automatically deactivated, and you must create a new account if you want to save searches on our website.
